Have your say | Employee engagement survey

Have your say | Employee engagement survey. February 2023

Dear colleague,

Next week, the University will be launching its new employee engagement survey. We encourage you to take part – wherever you work and whatever you do, we want to hear your feedback about working life in your part of campus.

We all want the University to be a great place to be and work. By taking part in this survey, you have an opportunity to have your say about what’s working well and what isn’t. The main focus of the survey relates to your faculty/service/school alongside some wider questions about the University community. This will inform our efforts to make working here more enjoyable and fulfilling.

The survey will run for four weeks on a software platform called Culture Amp. You will receive an email from Culture Amp – notifications@cultureamp.com – on Monday 20 February containing your link to complete the survey.

Please don’t share this link with anyone else as it’s unique to you.

You will be asked for some personal details, but the survey is anonymous and secure. Any information provided will only be collected to demonstrate the diversity of voices taking part and won’t be used for any other purpose.

For those without an email address and/or access to a computer, facilities will be made available in your place of work to enable you to complete the survey.

You can find out more about the survey by visiting our online hub, which features useful information, including video messages explaining why it’s so important to take part and some FAQs. The survey should only take about 15 minutes to complete.

Kind regards,

Professor Simone Buitendijk, Vice-Chancellor and President
Rachel Brealey, Chief Operating Officer
