Update on IT systems disruption

On Christmas Day there were campuswide power cuts which affected the main data centres housing a substantial part of the University IT systems.

IT staff worked throughout Boxing Day to restore the majority of services and continued to work on outstanding issues.

We believe all systems are now back in service. If you are aware of systems which are still not functioning correctly please contact the ISS Help Desk ( 0113 343 3333).

ISS hopes that this disruption has not caused undue inconvenience.
