Annual Staff Declaration
The Annual Staff Declaration (ASD) was introduced by the University in 2007/08 and is mandatory for all staff at or above grade 8.
The ASD is web based and enables the University to fulfil its duty to identify and manage any potential conflict of interests and to meet its statutory obligations regarding reporting related party transactions.
All eligible staff will receive an email on Thursday 27 May 2010 with a link to the ASD website where they will be able to make their declaration up until Saturday 31 July 2010.
The web-based ASD, securely accessible via the internet, will enable staff to:
- Review their own declarations made last year
- Resubmit the same data for this year, if nothing has changed
- Make any required modifications for the current year
- View, save or print completed declarations.
