Travel Disruption due to Volcanic Ash
Would staff whose travel arrangements were affected by the volcanic ash cloud please ensure they contact the Insurance Office as soon as reasonably practicable if they incurred additional expenses.
Insurers require a completed claim form and supporting documentation to enable them to consider the claim.
