Coming soon | New staff health, wellbeing and learning centre
Colleagues will be able to access a new health, wellbeing and learning hub on campus from next month with the official relaunch of the LOGIK Centre.
The LOGIK Centre is being relaunched in March
The Lifton Place facility will become a flexible, multi-functional venue for colleagues to come together in a dedicated space, with the aim of supporting:
Health and Wellbeing – An open, warm and welcoming environment, away from functional locations, for colleagues to disconnect from work and engage in scheduled health and wellbeing activities and information sessions.
Belonging and Connections – A safe, neutral space to connect with others and develop new relationships through cafes, local interest groups, staff societies and networks.
Learning and Development – A place to undertake professional qualifications, complete accredited courses and learn new skills.

To reflect this new vision, colleagues are invited to vote on the centre’s new name.
Three options have been shortlisted from submissions made by the University’s Health and Wellbeing Champions:
- BeWell Hub
- Thrive Building
- The Wellbeing Hub
Voting closes on 16 February, with the new name announced at the end of the month.
