Philip Sumner
Colleagues will be sorry to learn of the death, on 25 November 2023, of Philip Sumner.
Philip was a representative of the Clothworkers’ Company on the University Council (1971-1997) and the Court (1986-2001) and was a dedicated supporter of the Department of Textiles and Design, and the wider University.
The funeral service will be held at 2.15pm on Tuesday 12 December at Adel Parish Church, followed by the wake at Headingley Golf Club, Back Church Lane, Adel.
