Window on Wellbeing Week 2023: thank you!
Window on Wellbeing Week is over after another successful year.

Window on Wellbeing Week is over for another year and we’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who organised, contributed to, and attended the event. Overall, 68 hours of activity were hosted across the week with over 540 staff and students taking part.
Patrick Craig, Head of Health and Wellbeing said: “This event is great example of partnership working. It’s a whole University effort which is only made possible each year by colleagues from across the institution joining together to create and offer such a varied programme of activities for our community. It’s been a great success thanks to our contributors and participants and we know from the feedback we’ve received already just how important these initiatives are in encouraging individuals to find time in their day to take a break, connect with others and try something new.”
Stay involved!
Although Window on Wellbeing Week may have come to an end there are still plenty of activities to get involved in all year round. Bookmark the Window on Wellbeing webpage to keep updated with our upcoming events and visit the Get Out, Get Active webpages to find out more about their extensive programme of activities.
