Apply | LITE Fellowships
Applications are open for the Leeds Institute for Teaching Excellence (LITE) Fellowships starting in September. Fellowships provide the opportunity for colleagues across the University to carry out a student education-related project based on innovative teaching, service development, scholarship or pedagogy.
Pilot workshop | Leading with Values in Teams
Register your interest before 12 May to take part in the pilot of a new one-day workshop – Leading with Values in Teams. The session will help translate our values into relevant, sustainable and practical ways of working. Three leadership teams will be selected for the pilot on a first-come, first-served basis, providing they meet the criteria.
Aurora leadership development programme
Sign up for a briefing event to find out more about Aurora. The virtual event on 24 May will explore the benefits and some changes to the next programme ahead of applications opening on 19 June. Aurora is a leadership development programme for women (including non-binary and transgender colleagues) in grade six to eight roles. The recording of a line manager briefing event on 4 May is available on the Organisational Development and Professional Learning (OD&PL) website.

This session explores how the course works, why participants engage with the PGCAP and the impact it has on enhancing their student education practice. Applications to join the next PGCAP cohort close on 31 May.

Research Culture Change for Leaders
Sign up for the pilot of a new OD&PL programme providing support for leaders to create a positive working environment and culture for researchers to thrive. The programme of five sessions runs from June to September. Applications are open until 5pm on 19 May.
