Undergraduate Programme Survey 2023

An email sent to all staff by Professor Jeff Grabill, Deputy Vice-Chancellor: Student Education, on 6 March.

Dear colleague,

I wanted to let you know that the Undergraduate Programme Survey 2023 is now open, and to ask for your help in encouraging students to take part.

All undergraduate students who aren’t eligible for the National Student Survey (NSS) are invited to complete the online survey, which should only take a few minutes.

We would like to ensure all undergraduate students have the opportunity to give honest feedback on their learning experience, either through the NSS or the Undergraduate Programme Survey. Their responses are very important to the University. Individual schools and faculties compile action plans in response to feedback, including from these surveys.

All eligible students have been emailed and we’re promoting the survey through various channels, including Minerva and student newsletters.

Your help to encourage and enable students to participate would be greatly appreciated. If you can, please remind students of the importance we place on their feedback and how it helps to improve their academic experience by directing them to complete the survey. All students who do this will be able to enter a prize draw for the chance to win one of 25 £50 Amazon or Love2shop e-vouchers.

The survey is only available online this year, but should you require a paper version, please contact Stephanie Gow, who can also provide further information and support.

Kind regards,

Professor Jeff Grabill
