Dear colleagues,

This autumn, Campus Live will be turning campus into a stage to shine a light on our University community.

We’re inviting staff, schools, students and recent graduates to help us develop a fantastic programme of events.

We’re looking for a wide range of activities, from flash mobs and outdoor performances to sports demonstrations and art installations.

If you have a project, talent or big idea that deserves some limelight, this is a fantastic opportunity to bring it to a wide audience in an unexpected way.

Students, societies and recent graduates (2020–2022) will receive up to £500 if their event is included in the programme. Staff who participate can claim reasonable expenses.

There is also an opportunity for creative professionals and organisations to bid for amounts up to £10,000 to bring innovative events and installations to campus.

Get involved

If you have an idea, big or small, we want to hear from you. If you know of a colleague or a group of students who may be interested, please share this opportunity with them.

The deadline for student and staff applications is 9am on Monday 5 September. For more information and to apply visit the Campus Live web page or contact campuslive@leeds.ac.uk to talk through any ideas or get advice.

With best wishes,

Professor Jeff Grabill

Deputy Vice-Chancellor: Student Education
