Janet Ameho
Colleagues will be sorry to learn of the death, on Saturday 25 December 2021, of Mrs Janet Ameho, member of the Cleaning Service Team.
Janet started at the University in April 2005, and worked as a Cleaning operative in the Faculty of Engineering buildings.
She leaves behind her husband, Ebenezer, two daughters, two sons and 13 grandchildren. The Burial service will be held at 1pm on Saturday 5 February 2022 at Whinmoor Cemetery, LS14 3AA, followed by the Final Funeral Rite at 5pm, at 20 Shannon Street, LS9 8SS.
A Thanksgiving Service will be held at the Grace Temple Church of Pentecost on Sunday 6 February. The flag on the Parkinson Building will be flown at half-mast in her memory on the day of the funeral.
