Dr David Wilson
Colleagues will be sorry to learn of the death, on 21 April 2021, of Dr David Wilson, former Reader in the School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering.
David joined the University in 1970, retiring in 2006 after thirty-six years’ service, and he will be fondly remembered by colleagues.
The funeral service will be held at 2.30pm on Wednesday 19 May 2021, at Lawnswood Crematorium. Due to current restrictions, the numbers able to attend are limited. Those wishing to attend are invited to contact Helen Pickersgill in the first instance.
Arrangements have been made for the flag on the Parkinson Building to be flown at half-mast on the day of the funeral in Dr Wilson’s memory.
