Access and Student Success Strategy launch: recording now available

The new Access and Student Success Strategy was launched to staff on Friday 27 November through a Leeds Conversation event.

The event was introduced by Professor Simone Buitendijk, Vice-Chancellor, and was followed by a summary of the strategy by Louise Banahene, Director of Educational Engagement.

Chaired by Professor Andrew Thorpe, Executive Dean for Arts, Humanities and Cultures, the event also featured a panel drawn from the community of colleagues working in the area of access and student success:

  • Laila Fletcher – Equality and Diversity officer, LUU
  • Professor Stephen Scott – Chair, Equality and Inclusion Delivery Group
  • Jaqueline Stevenson – Director, Lifelong Learning Centre
  • Professor Luke Windsor – Dean, Doctoral College
