Big White Wall becomes Togetherall

Big White Wall – the award-winning mental health and wellbeing support service – has relaunched as Togetherall.

The change of name is designed to better represent the wellbeing community it has created, which is open and inclusive to all. It will continue to offer the same level of online mental health and wellbeing support to both staff and students.

Resources on Togetherall include Guided Support programmes that are designed to help people tackle a range of issues, such as depression, anxiety or negative thinking. There are also courses available on physical health issues, such as stopping smoking or reducing alcohol consumption.

The service offers anonymous peer and community support, moderated and facilitated by trained counsellors, which is available 24 hours a day.

More than three quarters of members feel better as a result of using the service and nearly 90% use Togetherall before 9am or after 5pm.

To join the supportive online community, simply visit the Togetherall website and sign up with your University email address. You then choose an anonymous username for your time on Togetherall.
