UCEA offers proposals to address key issues in pay-related dispute
UCEA has presented a range of proposals to address important issues around employment in universities, focusing on casual employment, workload/mental health and gender pay gaps/ethnicity pay.
This follows two months of constructive dialogue with University and College Union (UCU) and national negotiations with all the relevant trade unions (UCU, UNISON, Unite, GMB and EIS) that began in March 2019.
