Ralph Williams
Colleagues will be sorry to learn of the death – at the beginning of this week – of Ralph Williams, former Senior Lecturer in the School of Education.
Ralph was appointed as Lecturer in 1971 and promoted to Senior Lecturer in 1992. He retired in 1999 after 28 years’ service, at which time he had the title and status of Life Fellow of the University conferred upon him.
The funeral service will be held at 1.40pm on Tuesday 27 August at Lawnswood Crematorium, Otley Road, Adel, LS16 8AA, and afterwards at Weetwood Hall.
The flag on the Parkinson Building will be flown at half-mast on the day of the funeral in Ralph’s memory.
