Join the team and encourage your colleagues to eat well, get active and look after themselves.
Following the success of Healthy Week last year, where 154 of you became Healthy Week Heroes, we are doing it all again in June with a renewed focus on the Five Ways to Wellbeing. This sets out five actions to improve personal wellbeing connect, be active, take notice, keep learning and give that the week will be based on.
Dont worry, all of your favourite physical events will still be included and the refreshed programme is jam-packed with activities to encourage you and your colleagues to eat well, get active and make time to take care of yourself.

There are more than 90 activities taking place during the week, including calligraphy sessions and a synchronised swim taster.
The week will kick off on Monday 17 June with the launch fair in Parkinson Court between noon and 2pm.
