Reward Scheme 2018/2019

Senior managers are invited to recommend employees for the annual Reward Scheme.

The scheme, for which the process is now underway, provides the opportunity to award additional or discretionary increments.

Recommendations for awards are made by senior managers, but if you feel you have a case for any type of award, you can speak to your manager or your Human Resources (HR) manager.

The closing date for manager recommendations is Monday 24 June 2019 and the process will conclude in October 2019.

Our Reward and Recognition policy, of which this scheme is one part, is for employees on grades two to nine, as well as clinical academic staff who are below consultant level (with the exception of clinical academic doctors and dentists in training, who are not eligible for additional or discretionary increments).
