Take part in research

The Home Office’s digital team for UK Visas and Immigration are looking for people to take part in research and give feedback on new services.

The Home Office is committed to making digital services that can be used by everyone. To do this, they need to carry out research with people who use their services, to understand what improvements can be made.

They are currently looking for people who are interested in taking part and who would be willing to join their research register or panel. You can join if you:

  • are from outside the UK (including EU countries)
  • may need to apply for settled status or a UK visa in the future.

Taking part in the research will have no impact on current or future applications to the Home Office. Names and personal details will never be shared outside of the research team. Research sessions normally:

  • last one hour (but sometimes can be longer)
  • include trying out some designs and giving your thoughts on them.

As a thank you for taking part in the session, you will receive shopping vouchers, which can be used in various high street shops.

Read the information sheet to find out more.

If you want to join the panel, fill in the recruitment survey.

Please contact the Home Office’s digital team if you have any questions.
