Emeritus Professor Richard Lacey
Colleagues will be sorry to learn of the death, on 3 February 2019, of Emeritus Professor Richard Lacey, formerly of the Department of Microbiology.
Professor Lacey came to the University in 1983 as Professor of Clinical Microbiology. He served as Head of Department between 1985 and 1988, taking early retirement in April 1998, at which time he became an Emeritus Professor.
The funeral service will be held at 2.20pm on Thursday 21 February 2019, at Rawdon Crematorium, Leeds Road, Rawdon, LS19 6JP, on which day the flag on the Parkinson Building will be flown at half-mast.Posted in: Obituaries
