Help shape the future of student education administration

Do you want to play a part in the future of student education administration?

The Student Lifecycle Programme (SLP) is starting to recruit a network of Change Champions to drive positive change in our systems and processes during the next four years.

The SLP is looking for people from across the faculties, schools and student education service to advise, support and challenge the programme team on all areas of the student experience, from enquiries through to graduation.

Anyone who plays a part in student education administration can apply. A separate academic advisory group is being set up, along with a student focus group, but the Change Champion network is a wider group for everyone who wants to be involved and can be advocates for change in their own areas.

You’ll provide expert insight to help shape the programme’s focus and will act as a key contact between the SLP and your team. You’ll be canvassing views and acting as your team’s voice as the University embarks on a long-term transformation that will help the people who do the work to define their work.

Being part of the Change Champions team will not only give your team a voice, but it will give you, as an individual, the chance to drive your own personal and professional development in areas such as presentation skills, influencing skills and team working.

The SLP will be issuing a role profile for the Change Champions team shortly, but email the SLP team to register your interest in the meantime. And visit the SLP In Depth page on the For Staff website for further information.
