What is the Office for Students?
Download our factsheet and sign up for the briefing session to find out how the new Higher Education (HE) sector regulator is changing HE in England and what it means for Leeds.
The University is now regulated by the Office for Students (OfS), the acting regulator and competition authority for the Higher Education sector in England. We were required to formally register as a HE provider in early 2018, subject to meeting a number of initial regulatory conditions, including participating in the Teaching Excellence and Student Outcomes Framework (TEF) and having an approved Access and Participation Plan in place.
To learn more about the regulator, its objectives and the impact new regulation will bring, download our one-page factsheet.
Date: Monday 19 November, 12 - 1pm
Our one-hour session is open to all colleagues and will discuss the remit of the OfS, what it means to be a regulated HE institution, the likely impact of the regulation and how the sector is changing. Book your place
