OfS Logo November 2018

The University is now regulated by the Office for Students (OfS), the acting regulator and competition authority for the Higher Education sector in England. We were required to formally register as a HE provider in early 2018, subject to meeting a number of initial regulatory conditions, including participating in the Teaching Excellence and Student Outcomes Framework (TEF) and having an approved Access and Participation Plan in place.

To learn more about the regulator, its objectives and the impact new regulation will bring, download our one-page factsheet.
