Language Centre Refurbishment October 2018

Transformation of the Centre will ensure the continued provision of high quality, innovative teaching and support to students and facilities for colleagues.

Works will start late October to refurbish office space on part of Level One of the Parkinson Building (Centre for Translation Studies) and all of Levels Two and Three.

The Language Centre reception will be located at 15 Blenheim Terrace from Wednesday 17 October, and Language Centre staff are now located at 11-14 and 15 Blenheim Terrace. They are contactable via email or on 0113 343 3251.

The Language Zone on Level Two of the Parkinson Building will continue to be open during the refurbishment period and will be mostly unaffected by the works. The Centre for Translation Studies Interpreting Suites on Level Two will also continue to be available, although it is likely access to these suites will be via the North stairs.

During the refurbishment, teaching will continue as normal in other places across campus. Teaching on Level Two of the Parkinson Building will continue until the week commencing Monday 5 November 2018.

Email Estates Project Manager Robert Gale with any questions and see the Campus Development website for details about the project.
