New Research Leeds Blog

A new blog has been launched for academic staff, researchers and professional service staff who support research funding.

The Research Leeds Blog will provide research funding insight, expertise and analysis from colleagues across the Research and Innovation Development Team and beyond.

Dr Rachel Woolley, Head of UK Research Development at Leeds, said: “We recognised it can be quite difficult to get funding intelligence out across the University, and the blog will be a great place to do this in a timely and useful way, especially in the light of the huge changes taking place in the research funding landscape.”

The first blog posts include information on the UKRI Strategic Priorities Fund, guidance on writing a good PI response and advice on what to do if your proposal is rejected.

Follow the Research and Innovation Service’s Twitter feed to be kept informed of regular blog updates.

The blog is for Leeds staff only, so if you’re working off campus you will need to access it via Desktop Anywhere

Please contact the Research and Innovation Development Team to submit ideas on research blog posts you would like to see, or if there is something you could contribute.
