Changes to the Staff ID Card process

In order to improve security for the staff ID card process, the requirements for the issuing of cards is changing.

A new Staff ID Card request form is being introduced on Monday 3 September 2018. The new form can be found at the Print & Copy Bureau website under the staff section. All previous versions of the form will become invalid.

In addition, Staff ID cards with barcodes, which permit entry to the libraries, will only be issued if the recipient has a valid employee entry in the SAP HR Organisation Structure. ID cards will be issued for other categories of personnel but the individual will need to apply separately to the Library for external membership access.
