Reward and Recognition Scheme 2018
The University is committed to rewarding and recognising staff, and a range of options exist for doing this.
The Reward and Recognition policy is for employees on grades two to nine, as well as clinical academic staff.
The Recognition Scheme is open on an ongoing basis and has two options within it.
The Reward Scheme, which gives managers the option of making recommendations for additional and discretionary increments, is an annual process and has now closed for 2018 recommendations.
