New dates announced for Leadership in Practice Programme
The new Leadership in Practice Programme launched last month has been so successful additional dates for new cohorts have been created.
The Organisational Development and Professional Learning (OD&PL) programme is aimed at academic and professional services colleagues with leadership experience and/or cross-team responsibilities.
It provides a valuable combination of development workshops, an opportunity to benefit from 360 degree feedback linked to the Leadership Excellence Behaviours from colleagues, facilitated peer learning groups and an opportunity to access coaching sessions.
There is a selection of cohorts to choose from and four will take place in the next academic year. The programme has been so popular that two of these cohorts are now fully booked so don't miss out.
