Deadline to order graduation ceremony gowns
Academic staff attending their school’s graduation ceremony are reminded the deadline to order a gown is 22 June.
Attendance involves wearing the relevant academic dress, being a part of the procession into the Great Hall and sitting on stage during the ceremony.
Gowns can be ordered directly from Ede and Ravenscroft. Staff who have ordered in the past will have received an email directly from the company asking them to do so again.
Any new staff will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org so an account to be set up for them.
Staff do not have to pay to borrow a gown for these occasions.
Information on how to order and where to collect is available via the Student Education Service website.
View the schedule of graduation ceremonies here. If you have missed the registration deadline but still want to attend a ceremony, please email the Graduation Team at the address above. If you miss the deadline to order academic dress, you can borrow a plain black gown from Ede and Ravenscroft on the day.
