Healthy Week 4 – 10 June 2018
Join the dream team: Healthy Week is returning with a new programme packed full of activities to encourage you and your colleagues to eat well, take a break and get active.

Following the success of Healthy Week last year, where nearly 200 of you became Healthy Week Heroes, were doing it all again in June.
There are more than 90 activities taking place during the week to help get you motivated, including a Bike Hub breakfast, Bodypump classes and a campus art trail.

Breathing into Relaxation Meditation
