Recognition Awards portal launched
Recognising colleagues' outstanding performance has just got easier, with the arrival of our new awards portal.
We are committed to rewarding and recognising our employees, focusing on excellence in leadership, student education, research, quality and professional service - all of which are key components of our strategy.
As part of our reward and recognition policy, Recognition Awards have been designed to allow managers to reward outstanding staff performance quickly and easily, at any point during the year.
Using the online system, managers can recommend individuals to receive a cash award to be redeemed against a wide range of items including activities and short breaks, treatments, entertainment and the latest in new technology, as well as gift vouchers to use at a wide variety of outlets.
If you manage people, you should already have received your system log in details.
