IT Service Desk Week – vote now
Please take this opportunity to thank the IT Service Desk for the support they have given to staff and students at the University over the years by voting for them as 'Top Support Team'.
IT Service Week is a national celebration of IT Service Desks and the excellent customer service they provide. This event is sponsored by the Service Desk Institute (SDI) who are an international professional body for Service Desks.
Service Desks all over the UK will be asking their customers to vote for them throughout the week.
All you have to do is complete this quick survey (it takes less than one minute) and if the University IT Service Desk win, they will become ‘Top Support Team of the Year 2017’.
