New website for Facilities Directorate
The Facilities Directorate has launched a new website to better showcase the facilities and services that are managed at the University.
Bringing together Estate Services, Commercial and Campus Support Services, Residential Services and Sustainability, the Facilities Directorate ensures our campus offers an exceptional student experience and provides first-class facilities.
The new website aims to support this vision. As well as highlighting the impact and achievements of the Facilities Directorate, the new site is much more customer focused giving greater emphasis on the teams that make up the directorate and making it easier than ever to contact the helpdesk.
Matthew Hamnett, Digital Marketing Manager for the Facilities Directorate, is pleased with the results: “Our aim was to provide a website that reflects the real impact that the Facilities Directorate has on the campus here at the University. With the launch of the new site, we’re sure that we have a better platform for communicating the first-class facilities and services that support the University’s strategic objectives and world class aspirations”.
