QLess trial
In August, the Student Services Centre and International Student Office will be trialling QLess, a virtual queue management system which removes the need to queue in person.
During the trial, anyone who needs to access the Student Service Centres counter services will need to book a place into the virtual queue. This includes staff using the Cashiers counter.
The system can be accessed through any internet-enabled device or a desktop computer.
QLess aims to improve the student experience and increase student satisfaction at busy periods, such as Registration.
Success of the trial will mean that QLess will be used for the 2017/18 Registration in September.
Help and advice on the Centre and the queue management system can be found at the Student Services Centre counter website.
