Leeds Ball 2016 – restricted access to campus
Colleagues are advised that the Leeds Ball will be taking place on Saturday 4 June and that access to some areas of campus will be affected from Friday 3 June onwards.

Friday 3 June
- Between 9am and 1pm Tent will be put up in University Square
- Between 1pm and 6 pm Tent will be put up in Social Sciences Piazza
Access to all buildings will be maintained at all times, although it may not be the usual route. LUU will provide signage and stewards to help direct staff and students.
- From 6pm until 8am Sunday 5 June Marjorie and Arnold Ziff building disabled parking bays will be unavailable; alternative bays are available at the Music and Clothworkers Centenary Concert Hall
- From 6pm until 8am on Sunday 5 June All cycle racks on the ball site will be unavailable; alternatives are available at the Parkinson building and University Road, next to the Psychology building.
Saturday 4 June
- Between 4pm and 6.30 am on Sunday 5 June University Square precinct and Social Sciences Piazza will be closed
- Between 7pm and 6.30am on Sunday 5 June University Road will be closed.
