Research presentation opportunity
Present your 3 minute thesis to the public as part of the University’s Be Curious Festival.
The Staff and Departmental Development Unit (SDDU) is organising a Research Slam activity as part of the Be Curious Festival on Saturday 19 March.
You can use words, a song, props, jokes, music or any combination of these in your three minute presentation.
Dr Sam Illingworth, an excellent science communicator, will offer training for a full day on Thursday 3 March, followed by a half say rehearsal on Tuesday 15 March. To take part in the training you must be available to take part on Saturday 19 March and potentially give more than one performance depending on how many others want to perform
To sign up, please email skillstraining@leeds.ac.uk as there are only 20 places available.
See more details about the overall Be Curious programme.
