Miss Louise Friend

Colleagues will be sorry to learn of the death, earlier this month, of Miss Louise Friend, former Senior Assistant Registrar in the Office of the Registrar.

Miss Friend was initially appointed as an Administrative Assistant within the Registry in 1966, retiring in 1989 after twenty-three years’ service to the University

The funeral service will be held at 11.40am on Wednesday 3 February 2016 at Lawnswood Crematorium, Otley Road, Adel, LS16 8AA, on which day the flag on the Parkinson Building will be flown at half-mast in her memory.
