Work by Sam Belinfante (PhD) and Jack Otway (BA) has been included in this limited edition book, which is recognised as an indispensable guide for followers of contemporary art.

The book is compiled each year by curator Justin Hammond, who tours final degree shows to search out his pick of the most promising new artists.  He follows up with a series of studio visits and artist interviews before finalising his shortlist of rising stars to appear in the Guide.  The book has an excellent track record of spotting the next generation of outstanding artists.

“There is great talent emerging from UK art schools,” says Hammond. ”This year there were thirty artists that really stood out for me and I wanted to focus on them rather than be governed by an arbitrary number. It’s a diverse group, but these artists are already making confident strides.”

The Guide will be available to buy from Waterstones following its official launch at the London Art Fair, 20-24 January 2016.
