‘Lunch Poems’ – a new lunchtime poetry series at the University
From 7 October, you can hear staff and students from the University discussing and reading their favourite poems.

The events will last no longer than 30 minutes, including a Q&A session. Lunch Poems offers a break in your working day and a chance to discover writers who will inspire you.
Every day we should hear at least one little song, read one good poem, see one exquisite picture, and, if possible, speak a few sensible words. Goethe
All events will take place from 12.30pm-1pm in the Alumni Room, School of English.
More information and a schedule is available online.
