All-staff survey on the workplace environment
You can contribute to a national survey on inclusiveness and equality at work.
The University has recently made a submission to the 2016 Stonewall Workplace Equality Index. Stonewall is a national organisation which supports the inclusion of lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) staff in workplaces. It uses the Index to assess the inclusiveness of workplace environments.
To supplement the Index, Stonewall runs an employee survey to hear the views of all staff - regardless of their sexual orientation - about their experiences in the workplace.
We encourage all staff to complete this short survey. The information you will provide will be entirely anonymous and will be submitted to Stonewall directly, not to the University. Only average and aggregated scores will be shared.
The unique code is 1766 and the deadline for responses is 6 November 2015.
