John Younger, BA, MA
Colleagues will be sorry to learn of the death, in early June, of John Younger, former Lecturer in School of English.
John was awarded his BA (1970) and MA (1972) from Leeds. He was appointed as Lecturer in English Literature in 1971, a position he held until 1989, following which he was appointed as a Senior Fellow until his retirement in 1992.
The funeral service will be held in Lincoln on Tuesday 23 June 2015, on which day the flag on the Parkinson Building will be flown at half-mast in John’s memory.
