Dr Norman L Allen
Colleagues will be very sorry to learn of the death, on 20 July 2014, of Dr Norman Allen.
Dr Allen was appointed as Lecturer in the School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering in 1963, being promoted to Senior Lecturer in 1967. This was a position he was to hold until his retirement in 1992.
Dr Allen’s funeral will be held at 1.00pm on Tuesday 29 July at Rawdon Crematorium, Leeds Road, Rawdon, LS19 6JP, on which day the flag on the Parkinson Building will be flown at half-mast in Dr Allen’s memory.
