Name changes within the University
Colleagues are advised that a number of name changes will take place within the University from 1 August 2014. These are as follows:
- the Institute of
Communications Studies will become the School of Media and Communication
- the Institute of Psychological
Sciences will become the School of Psychology
- the School of Modern
Languages and Cultures will become the School of Languages, Cultures and
Societies
- the School of
Process, Environmental and Materials Engineering will become the School of
Chemical and Process Engineering
- the Leeds
Institute of Genetics, Health and Therapeutics (LIGHT) will become the
Leeds Institute of Cardiovascular and Metabolic Medicine (LICAMM).
