The Leeds International Summer School (LISS) earlybird booking deadline for international students looking to experience academic life and Yorkshire culture expires on 1 April 2014.

The Leeds International Summer School (LISS) offers an opportunity for International and EU students to live and learn in Leeds for four weeks, while earning up to 20 credits towards their home degree.  

LISS will run from 4 July to 3 August 2014, and students who apply by 1 April will receive an earlybird discount.

LISS participants study two modules and all modules are complemented by experiential field trips.  The 2014 modules range from ‘The English Country House’ to ‘Sport in the UK: Health and Performance Issues’, from ‘British Literature and the Brontës’ to ‘Business and Cultural Awareness: Bridging the Gap’.

Outside of study, LISS students also have the opportunity to take part in a packed social programme and weekend trips around the UK to destinations including York and London.
