The 2014 programme will include daytime and evening courses on art, creative writing, culture, language, literature, religion and science.  In addition, we are delighted that this year’s programme will include some FREE evening and weekend seminars – details of these will be confirmed in due course but there will be events to mark the Scottish Referendum and the centenary of the First World War.

The Spring into Summer programme is the perfect way to widen your interests, develop your creativity or increase your cultural knowledge and is aimed at adults of any age. In addition, all staff on grades 2 to 4 can apply for funding for all the Spring into Summer courses through the Learning for Life scheme.

Here are a few comments from participants who took part in the 2013 programme:

“This was my first Spring into Summer course.  It was brilliant, stimulating and interesting.  I’ll be back.  Thank you!”

“The course was clear, well prepared and captivating – two hours is a lot to fill but the time flew by. It was wonderful!!”

“As an older pupil it felt wonderful being in an academic environment.”
