Big Campus Birdwatch 2014

Take part in the Big Campus Birdwatch on Friday 24 January. You can do it from your office windows, whilst walking across campus, or even while having lunch.

Get involved with our Biodiversity Action Plan by helping to record the variety of bird species on campus.

The RSPB will be leading two walks around campus on the day.  The walks will start at the sustainable garden in Chancellors Court at 12pm and 1pm, and will last around 30-45 minutes.  They will give people the chance to ‘ask an expert’ about what to look for and identification.  This will be an excellent opportunity to develop skills, get some advice on how best to survey, or even join the RSPB!

To book a place on one of the walks or to download a survey form and basic identification sheet, see the Sustainability website.
