M&S Heritage Open Day

Celebrate the history of M&S in Leeds at the company's Heritage Open Day on Saturday 14 September 2013.

You'll be able to:

• join the M&S in Leeds Heritage Trail - a walking tour through Leeds that will finish with refreshments at the Marks in Time Exhibition in the M&S Company Archive on campus
• take an Exhibition Tour and find out more about the fascinating history of Marks & Spencer, then go behind the scenes and find out what goes on in areas of the building not normally open to the public
• catch a showing of the new film about the work that M&S does at the M&S Company Archive. Whether it's research for new product development, recording the year's best-sellers, running school workshops or selecting items from the collection for the exhibition - there's lots going on, and our film tells you all about it.

Guided Heritage Trails will leave from the M&S market stall in Kirkgate Market at 11.00am and 1.00pm. Places are limited so booking in advance is recommended.  Contact the Company Archive to book a place.
