University Pro-Chancellor recognised in Honours List
Linda Pollard, the University's Pro-Chancellor, has been made a Commander of the British Empire (CBE) in the Queen's Birthday Honours List.
The Order of the British Empire recognises distinguished service to the arts and sciences, public services outside the Civil Service and work with charitable and welfare organisations of all kinds.
Mrs Pollard has been recognised for services to business and to the community in Yorkshire and the Humber.
