Access

We are committed to making the Staff Festival on Friday 5 July as accessible as possible to ensure that everyone can enjoy the day. In order to plan this, we need to know about your requirements as soon as possible. Ways we can help include:

  • Accessible information - festival information e.g. maps / event details in alternative formats such as Braille or Large Print. The deadline for arranging this is Thursday 20 June.
  • Personal assistants - a personal assistant to accompany you at the festival to make you feel more comfortable or to provide you with practical assistance or information. The deadline for arranging this is Friday 21 June.
  • British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters - a BSL Interpreter to accompany you at the festival. The deadline for this is Monday 17 June.

To book any of the above assistance or for any other support you require, please contact Karen Seed (ext 33783) by the deadlines indicated.  Full details are available online.

Advance booking for workshops

The first details of the advance booking Staff Festival workshops are now available online. Many activities are available to drop in on the day, but for some we recommend you book in advance to secure your place. For more details see the workshops page.
