Maternity/Paternity/Adoption leave survey for academic and research staff
The University is considering how best to support academic and research staff whose careers are temporarily interrupted by periods of maternity, adoption or extended paternity leave.
If you have taken such leave at any time since January 2009 the University would be grateful if you would complete a short survey about the type of support you received and/or would have like to receive before, during and after your leave. This will help the University to consider what arrangements to put in place to ensure that appropriate support is in place in future.
The survey needs to be completed in one sitting. It should take no longer than 10-15 minutes to complete.
